What's up?

The pacifiers have a ring-shaped handle; a pink, blue, yellow, or red heart-shaped mouthguard; and a nipple made of either silicon or latex.
What's
up?
The pacifier's nipple can be easily separated from its mouthguard, thus posing a choking hazard to babies and toddlers. Because T&L Trading has refused to recall its product, the Consumer Product Safety Commission is warning all consumers to immediately discard these pacifiers. Each make and model poses a strangulation hazard due to freestanding, accessible and/or faulty looped cords or chains that can easily become tangled around a child's neck. Nearly all of the recalled products can also cause strangulation when a child places his or her neck between the blinds' exposed inner cord and its fabric backing. Simplicity 3-in-1 and 4-in-1 convertible bassinets
The product
Simplicity 3-in-1 and 4-in-1 convertible bassinets, including bassinets with the Graco logo and “Winnie the Pooh” motif.
What's up?
The bassinets contain metal bars that are covered by an adjustable
fabric flap secured by Velcro fasteners. If the fasteners are not properly re-secured when the fabric flap is adjusted, or if you entirely remove the fabric flap exposing the metal bars, an infant can slip through the opening between the lower metal bar and the mattress support and become entrapped and suffocate or strangle. Check your bassinet and if it is a recalled version, stop using it immediately and return it to the retail store where you bought it. At least one infant has died and several have become trapped.

What's up?
The recalled doorway jumpers include detachable toys that are attached to the jumper straps with strips of hook and loop fabric. The strips of fabric are not permanently attached to the toys and can become detached during use, posing a choking hazard. Remove the detachable toys and the attaching fabric strips and call the manufacturer at at (800) 345-4109 for a replacement set of toys.
Safety 1st SmartLight Stair Gates
