Your week ahead with your baby

This week brings two important events to our sky. On November 4, Neptune goes direct—meaning forward rather than backward—which encourages all of us to take stock of our hopes and wishes. Under this transit, our imaginations will be ignited with curiosity and genius, and dreams really can come true! Adding to this shift in consciousness is a move by Venus into passionate Scorpio on November 7. Your Leo baby this week

Neptune going direct is perfect for fiery little lions: Your baby keeps it real, and the energy created by this mystical planet’s straight course will let him steady his head and find more control in his body—and this is both empowering and smile-inducing. Venus in Scorpio can bring out Leo’s possessiveness, however, so squirrel away prized toys when friends visit. Both baby and toddler lions will be digging for information about their world this week. Expect some quiet time as your child ponders the universe from his crib.

Leo babies are getting ready for a busy year. You'll see sudden growth spurts and feel shocked at how quickly she’s outgrowing her clothes. You'll also have to deal with your little lion's stubborn streak and dealing temper tantrums – and when it comes to tantrums, expect them to be dramatic; Leos are the actors of our zodiac. Remember to keep your neutral face on while the performance lasts and hold firm to your boundaries, or your little lion will feel as if she's the king of the house! You may find a few extra colds coming your baby's way this year – provide plenty of veggies and fruits to keep her in top form.
