After a tumultuous August, September comes in quietly this week. Retrograde Mercury will join the Sun in Virgo on September 3, allowing for deep inner reflection: We’ll see ourselves from a new perspective and perhaps be able to break through debilitating habits and patterns. Your Capricorn baby this week

The Sun and Mercury are giving your serious goat permission to relax and enjoy the languid feel of the last days of summer. That said, Capricorn is always focused on her goals, and this transit will help her develop her fine motor skills and critical thinking. She’ll love encouragement in these areas right now, so help her little hands with toys she can successfully grasp. Your Capricorn toddler might even show some pencil-grip talent - just make sure she knows that writing on the wall is off-limits.

Your Capricorn baby in 2010

Baby Capricorn will have a great year. The dynamic T square that will affect us all will be transiting through your little goat’s sign, letting her feel comfortable with the inevitable changes in her world. She’ll develop rapidly, and you’ll be amazed by how easily she grasps one new skill after another! Although you may secretly wish she’d slow down, you’ll be enormously proud of your Capricorn’s accomplishments all through the year.
